About Oxlumo
Overview
Oxlumo (lumasiran) is a prescription medicine supplied in a vial for injection under the skin. It treats primary hyperoxaluria type 1 (PH1) in children and adults to lower oxalate levels in the urine and blood. It works by reducing an enzyme in liver cells, which reduces the amount of a substance used to make oxalate.
