About Ivermectin
Overview
Ivermectin tablets are an oral medicine used to treat certain parasitic worm infections. They treat intestinal strongyloidiasis caused by Strongyloides stercoralis and onchocerciasis caused by Onchocerca volvulus. Ivermectin acts against parasitic worms, but it does not act against adult Onchocerca volvulus worms.

Before taking this medicine
Do not take ivermectin tablets if you are allergic to ivermectin or any other ingredient in the product.
Interactions
Tell your doctor if you take warfarin. Rare reports of increased INR, a blood test used to monitor warfarin treatment, have been reported when ivermectin and warfarin were taken together.

Dosing

Storage
Store below 25°C in a dry place, in the original pack, away from direct light and moisture. Do not keep it in a bathroom. Keep all medicines out of the sight and reach of children.
