Interactions
Tell your doctor if you take oral anticoagulants (blood thinners), oxyphenbutazone or insulin. Androgens may increase sensitivity to oral blood thinners and raise blood levels of oxyphenbutazone. In people with diabetes, androgens may lower blood glucose and reduce insulin requirements. Your doctor may need to adjust your blood thinner or insulin treatment.
