About Axera

Overview

Axera is a urea cream used to treat thickened, dry and rough skin. It is used for skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, corns and calluses, as well as damaged or ingrown nails. Urea helps remove dead or thickened tissue from the skin’s surface to support normal healing.

What it treats

Dry, rough or thickened skin; dermatitis and eczema; psoriasis; xerosis; ichthyosis; keratosis pilaris; keratosis palmaris; keratoderma; corns and calluses; and damaged, ingrown or devitalized nails. Also used to remove dead tissue and support normal healing of thickened skin lesions.

Side effects

Temporary stinging, burning, itching or irritation may occur. These effects usually go away after stopping use.

Do not use this cream if you have a known or suspected allergy to urea or any of its other ingredients.
